How to give Claude a memory you can read
Claude forgets what you decided last week. Add notelog as a custom connector and Claude can save notes from any chat and find them again later. Works on Claude web, desktop and mobile.
1. Create a free notelog account
Sign up at getnotelog.com with an email and password. It takes about 30 seconds.
2. Add the connector in Claude
In Claude open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Name it notelog and paste this URL:

3. Sign in and allow
Claude opens the notelog sign-in page. Sign in and choose Allow. No tokens to copy; you can remove the access anytime from the same settings.
4. Use it
- “Save this to notelog: we chose Postgres over MySQL because of pgvector.”
- “Check notelog: what did we decide about the database?”
- “Load my recent notelog notes before we start.”
